Hostaria Tor Millina is an absolute gem of a restaurant! My family and I were greeted by incredible staff members. Our server Dreste was absolutely amazing; He was funny, personable, and took the time to help me with special accommodations since I am gluten free. He surprised me with gluten free focciaca which was absolutely amazing and I was so happy and felt extremely welcomed. Our food was great too as my gluten free pasta was delicious and the T-bone steak was juicy as well as cooked perfectly. The melon and prosciutto appetizer gets an honorable mention as well because my family and I thought it was incredible despite seeming like an odd combo; when coming here you need to get this because it blew us away! This family owned business is such a hospitable and amazing place and is a must-go to when in Rome! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
