3,000 Yen cover charge when most bars in the neighborhood are about 1,000 yen, including the one on the 9th floor of this very building. The bartender was nice but spoke minimal English. Credit cards are accepted. Large selection of whisky but no menu. Cover charge and 1 drink each for 2 people came to 12,600 yen. Just wildly overpriced relative to similar and better bars in the same building and next door. We were the only people in the bar the entire time, perhaps because locals know better than to pay the cover. Price per person: ¥6,000–7,000 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

落ち着いて着座して飲めるオーセンティックバー。カウンターの他にも少人数向けのテーブル席がある。お酒の種類も多く、カクテルも楽しめる。トイレも落ち着ける内装。いつも最後に行くので食事はした事ありません。お勧め。 Price per person: ¥4,000–5,000 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
