Our Colombo city tour was planned for today (Tuesday - June 10, 2025). Accordingly, we covered a couple of spots in the Sri Lankan capital city and then decided to have our lunch. Both my partner and I wanted to have burgers. Accordingly, our driver Pradeep drove us to this place. We ordered two (2) Classic Chicken Burgers and two (2) Mango Lassis. It took quite a while for the food to be served on the table. However, we could see the chef preparing the burgers afresh. The served burgers, however, were extremely filling and tasty. We loved the taste. The Mango Lassis were also decent. The prices were a bit on the steeper side. Altogether, we had a good experience. Keep it up guys! Extremely Unsafe! The hygiene standards are shockingly low—I spotted rats and cockroaches crawling freely across the floor when the place was less crowded. Feel sorry but I strongly not recommended! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 1,000–1,500 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Finally got to try out Habibeez, the newest shawarma and burger spot inside Lemon at Arpico Hyde Park Corner. The best part about this place apart from the yummy food is that, it is absolutely value for money especially for burgers WITH FRIES. So tired most of these places now a days that don’t give burgers with fries!!! Also I found the spice level just right. There was nai miris in the crispy chicken burger but I managed it. Habibeez is available on uberEats and Pickme Food, so even if you don’t have time to go over, do order away!
