They need to be more efficient at fulfilling catering orders. I submitted a catering order 24 hours in advance (4 PM on Sunday) and scheduled to pick up next day (4:30 PM on Monday). On the day of pickup, I arrived at 4 PM and I received my order after 5 PM (instead of 4:30). This is unacceptable as I had paid for the order in advance for a catered order and not simple take out. The day before pickup, I was asked to pay over the phone by the manager as customers in the past would not show up to pick up their catered order (which is understandable).
With that being said, I will consider ordering take out less often from Habibi Grill and will consider other Middle Eastern dining establishments for my catering needs.
