I’ve visited this restaurant more than five times and have tried a variety of dishes from the menu, and it has never disappointed. Led by a young and talented chef, the restaurant offers a modern design with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The use of seasonal ingredients is consistently impressive, and each visit feels thoughtfully curated. One of their signature dishes is the unagi wrap—the skin is incredibly crispy while the meat is perfectly cooked and full of flavor. On my most recent visit, I tried the monkfish, which was cooked to perfection and is easily one of the best I’ve had. To finish, their mille crêpe dessert was outstanding and provided the perfect high note to end a wonderful evening. Price per person: ¥10,000+

Probably the one of the best meal I’ve had so far. They deserve more than just 1 star. Would definitely revisit again. There’s a reason why this young chef manage to get his within a short duration after opening. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
