it is very sad to see such a successful brand does not have a branch manager, there is no anticipation for the walk in, drive through or any regard to the customer journey experience. on two different days, two different timings with two different staff shifts, I faced the same issue having two wait 20 minutes in my car for a coffee while drive through. I was stuck in the que and I could not get out. when I asked the staff, they apologised fot the wait but they had no idea how to handle crowd management. I hope someone from the Half Million management reads this and I hope they take into consideration how important it is to have a proper customer journey experience. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
