The chef refuses Michelin ratings, preferring to be seen as a day2day restaurant people can enjoy casually for great food reasonably priced. Check. Getting there Gernot will get you covered with what you desire. He‘s one of the best Chef de Service I‘ve ever seen. Cheers Mr. Hambrusch!
