We weren't impressed with the service as the girl messed up one of the things in our order and she huffed and puffed as she couldn't just scrape the relish off the burger. They had to make a whole new burger as my friends allergic to pickles. And she was irritated by that. They need to work on customer service. Food was okay but we've definitely had better. Atmosphere was extremely nice though especially their outside area. Wednesday July 15. Price per person: $30–40

I used to love Restaurant Hamelin for its simple but clean and delicious food. The fries I had this morning were limp and greasy and it looks like she scraped them from the bottom of the basket. How can a person knowingly serve this when they are looking right at it? Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
