Sir, please improve your service a bit. What is the fault of poor people like us? I have been standing here for half an hour and still haven’t received the order, but why am I being penalized again and again? The mistake is on their side (Hunger Market), yet the penalty is applied to us. Why? At least tell us the reason so we can understand. Wherever an issue happens, you always put pressure on the rider. Riders work under the hot sun—please consider our situation. If any adjustment is needed, it should be in favor of the rider. And if a rider faces a problem or even has an accident, at least show some concern for the rider.
