Food nice Service ok, a bit rough behavior, maybe culturedifference? Otherwise friendly and clear what to expect. A lot of asian customers, probably corean (so must be good). A bit loud, but probably fitting the culture. All in all nice experience. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We were guests at the Hankook and ordered the Korea.BBQ based on positive reviews. Side dishes such as rice and other vegetables are free upon request, you pay for drinks once, then “all you can drink (alcohol-free)”. All the side dishes were very tasty, the meat was very well marinated and seasoned. All in all, there is nothing wrong with the taste. Unfortunately, it took almost an hour until we were served the expected dishes, with a reserved time slot of max. 2 hours... "Sporty". After 90 minutes, we were told several times that we didn't have much longer, "the next wait"... enjoying the evening in a relaxed manner is not an option here. Unfortunately, when we looked at the map and asked what was recommended, we didn't get a proper answer. Price performance is ok, by ordering the side dishes you can eat enough here, but we all ate - according to the menu - for two people. In general the service was very inconsistent... Nice and accommodating - but also very rude at times. So our request for an additional round of "side dishes" (which should be included in the price) before it was served was received and commented on very negatively. According to this reaction, this should have been our last “round”, which is a shame. The ambience also leaves something to be desired... everything is very old, functional, but not comfortable Toilets from the last century - but clean. Since the food was even more convincing, we left the evening with mixed experiences and impressions... unfortunately not fully satisfied, but richer in new stimuli. It is rather questionable whether we will make the long journey to the restaurant again.
