We've been ordered yesterday some takeaway food from this romanian restaurant just because we did this in the past and the quality of food was really good and service as well, until yesterday. Everything was damaged in the bag, soup was leaking all over the entire food, the schnitzel was the size of a chlid palm, the chips and everything else was wet from the soup. We've made a compliant and received the money back, but still we would prefer to have a good food instead of this situation,service and quality of what was left from that order was really poor. Never ever again will be ordering from here. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

Hi Claudia, we’re very sorry to hear your order arrived like this. We take great care when packaging our food, especially soups, which are securely sealed and packed separately whenever possible. We also advise our delivery partners that orders containing soup should be transported carefully. Unfortunately, once the order leaves our restaurant, we can’t control how it is handled during delivery. We’re pleased that your refund was processed promptly, but we’re genuinely sorry your experience didn’t reflect the standard we aim to provide. what a terrible dissapointment! So excited to see a romanian retaurant in Coventry, I took my son ( age 8) to try it out. The location is rather dodgy, no parking, the outside of the building is a bit derelict and the front door looks like it was temporary after a burglary. Inside is marginally better- think dark red old pub. IT was almost empty and very unwelcomming, no staff visible. WE headed for the bar section where the woman ( the only apparent staff member present) said abruptly that she does not speak English and basically kept doing her thing, so we just had to leave. Horrific! The impression we got was that this cannot be a lgitimate restaurant, maybe a cover for some dodgy business. The hygiene rating from the council when you check on the website is low, and the place looked unloved and grotty. None of the people already there had any food on the table so absolutely no idea how the food even looked like. This is the most horrific restaurant experience we had for many many years. Surely you could not have a place in England where english people are not welcome. Wow.
