Horrible experience on Mother's Day. After waiting more than 1 hour in the virtual queue available on the restaurant's social networks, we were informed by the attendant at the reception that that queue was useless, that the queue that was actually valid was hers, on the tablet itself. We then informed her that this virtual queuing system was made available by the restaurant itself and she continued to say, simply, that it was an error on the part of the team responsible for Instagram and that nothing could be done in our case, that we would have to wait more than 1 hour again at the new row. Total disregard for the consumer on such an important date. I do not recommend this restaurant if you want a positive experience with good customer service. Service: 1
