My wife and I received our order and we completed it before my son received his. The chicken was so overcooked and dry, made it necessary to dip it into a liquid just to chew it. One waitress couldn’t stay off her phone long enough to attend another couple who repeatedly tried to get her attention. Another kitchen staff tapped her shoulder and pointed to their table she ignored him and went back to texting. He sent another staff to attend the couple. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Pet friendly. Delicious food served in timely manner. Staff are attentive and it was easy to get their attention even though we were seated outside. Portion size is huge. They accept multiple modes of payment. It is located facing the parking lot across Landmark. Hap Chan is beside Macao Imperial milk tea shop. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
