I would like to share my experience during our recent visit to your restaurant, hoping that it can help improve your service. When we arrived, no staff member approached or assisted us, even though we noticed that other guests were immediately accommodated. It made us feel a bit overlooked, and we weren’t sure if it was because we were simply dressed in casual clothes and only there for a quick lunch. Our main concern, however, began when we started ordering. Most of the items we requested were unavailable. We finally decided on two dishes, and we were informed that the shrimp would take around 30 minutes. We agreed and also ordered a Coke, which the manager with eyeglasses acknowledged. After waiting 45 minutes, the shrimp was finally served. We then followed up on the lechon, only to be told by another staff member that it wasn’t on the list. The manager later approached us and admitted that she forgot to write it down. We understood and waited again—another 30 minutes—meaning we started eating 1 hour and 15 minutes after we arrived. When we asked about the Coke we originally ordered, we were informed that only Sprite or Coke Zero were available. Although we had clearly ordered regular Coke earlier, we tried to be understanding. But when the glass with ice arrived, it had an unpleasant smell—similar to cockroaches—which made us extremely uncomfortable. This experience left us disappointed and honestly a bit disheartened. We chose your restaurant expecting a pleasant meal, but instead we felt neglected and inconvenienced at every step. We hope you take this feedback sincerely and look into these concerns so that future guests won’t have to experience the same. Thank you for listening.
