Have come to this particular hardees for years and lately when I pull up to the drive through I sit there and wait in silence for upward if 5min before needing to pull up to the window to get someone's attention. Staff are always to busy chatting to work. Not how you keep customers, I know im over it. Do better. Being ignored isnt ok, and I know im being ignored because I watched a staff peeking through the drive though window at me but no one bothered to say anything. Might be 9pm but your still open for an hour. Do your job. *editing a month later, its still happening. What kind of employees do you hire?* Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was the cleanest fast food place I have been in a long time. The employees all looked professional and were busy stocking and cleaning during the slow time of the day instead of playing on their phones Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Other Hardee's have a spot for app orders and pickups. This one just shoves it off to the side and doesn't even get the drink ready. Pickup is supposed to be walk in and grab. Not walk in and wait in line because they haven't finished it. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
