If I could give this place a 00 I would, but since it only allows for a one I'll have to settle (just know this place isn't even worthy of that). Where do I even begin? I live in Calera, I actually live 2 minutes from this Hardee's and have been to it a handful of times recently. With each visit, I honestly know I'm going to be disappointed and I know I'm going to leave in a really bad mood. Why? The employees! They are awful, I'm not going to say morning shift since I haven't visited during breakfast......BUT.... 1:00 p.m. until close; those employees..oh yeah, it's a real problem! I have never had cashiers be so rude and nasty. I'm sorry, if you hate your job why come to work? I feel like they've started to recognize me so they're doing it on purpose? Like why? And the ONLY REASON I keep coming back is because I will be craving something sweet and I can walk to Hardee's and I do, I have, three times now, and ordered a strawberry shake and not once, not twice , but all three times I got the same response: " I'm sorry, but our ice cream machine isn't on right now." Very disappointed and it happens everytime. It isn't just that either, it really is the whole vibe of this place. Anyways sorry for ranting, but really everyone save your money and don't spend it here! You'd be better off flushing your money down the toilet. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
