Stopped by just for a quick lunch where this employee happily greeted us. He made conversation, had great energy and just overall a great employee. I love when workers still try to make the best of it while working. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was wearing a green shirt so I’m assuming a manager. Either way, I had a great experience there today! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So we go here all the time and get same thing. Whoever the manager is that was there this morning Sunday May 31 let us order the breakfast platter with out telling us there was no gravy then when we got home to eat there was none had to go all the way back to get it fixed she was rude ignorant and threatened my boyfriend saying I got something for you and wonder why people are getting shot saying that was 20 minutes ago like ya because we went home and then checked the food on top of it we had no receipt so we couldn't even get our money back then said something about him having a fake eye like truly your the manager and this is how you act now my man did end up throwing the food everywhere but can you blame him after that she needs to be fired if you don't know how to do your job and talk to people you shouldn't be manager period Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1

I love good customer service and I always get it here. Today was my first time being helped by Ezekiel who definitely knows what exceptional customer service is. I went to the store in Smyrna Delaware and vowed to never go there again. How can two Hardee's locations be so different? I'm not saying that Smyrna didn't deliver decent customer service but the food was not as good. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: USD 1–10
