I usually like this Hardee's but not today! My sandwich was a wreck. It looked like it had been sat on and had ketchup running out of it. It took them 25 minutes to make 2 milkshakes! Very disappointed! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to Hardee’s. I stopped by with some friends, and we ordered three combo meals. Two of them were supposed to include double-patty burgers, but instead, we were served burgers with only a single patty. When we pointed out this mistake, the staff didn't even think to apologize. Even the manager showed no concern and offered no apologies; they simply took our burgers and added the missing patties. Mistakes happen, but this level of service—and this attitude toward customers—is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1

The staff is usually very kind and polite, the biggest problem is the night staff and how they constantly close early before 9. You can get there at 8:45 and they will ignore you and not take your order while you still see everyone inside even customers. At 8:45 they will lock the doors so you can’t go in and order too so if your trying to grab something when you have a late night and want a quick dinner better get there at least a half hour before they even close. Seems the day shift is great at each fast food restaurant on the shore but none of the night shift ever wants to do their job and every place closes before they’re actually supposed to. Very frustrating. Only giving the stars I did for the day shift. Especially the older woman who is usually at the drive thru in the afternoon, she’s great. Firmly believe if we paid people a living wage they’d actually care about their jobs and put in effort so I want to point out this is largely a systemic issue not just an employee issue, but please find a night staff that actually stays true to the store hours Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
