No napkins, no straws, no dipping sauce for tenders. Better options. Only car in the drive thru. Mobile order, so it's spelled out. 11am. What is so hard to get right about this? Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

It's a hit or miss. Hardee's changed up their fries and I love them, but these must have set too long. Also, their chicken often rivals KFC, but not today! The order was very fast so, I assume the food had been sitting out too long. Sidenote to the staff; If it's not fresh enough that you would want it, don't serve it to your customers, or offer them something. "Sorry, your fries are stale and soggy so, I threw in an apple pie!"... Make it worth the cost. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
