Happened to my husband todayFresco double posted price @ $7.99 in DThru, tried to charge him $9.25 total. When he asked about difference they said button rings this price “nothing we can do”. She even checked with someone else. Then said do you want it for $9.25 or not. He said - “ I want it for the advertised price. A person behind her yelled out “bye” sarcastically. He told them this is illegal - she said “nothing I can do”. He passed on the sandwich and the lack of customer service. Then went to 5 Guys and had a great lunch!! Great food, I haven't had Hardee's in years and decided to pick up a biscuit after forgetting to take something to eat for work. It was just like I remembered, buttery and delicious! The sweet tea was pretty good too. The drive thru was fairly quick and the employees were polite. I will say though I was slightly disappointed to see that they didn't offer shakes, even though the website said otherwise. Not a big deal though, food was good and I will be back more often. Food: 5 Service: 5
