This store is having an employee problem. When I asked if something could be substituted in a meal( I was at the drive up speaker), the manager hollered out the speaker NEGATIVE! I felt like she was mad at me for asking. And then today—— went after morning worship to get an early lunch. They did take my order but told me to pull into a parking space because they hadn’t made French fries yet. I waited for about 15 minutes when another customer told me it would be a while because employees inside were fighting and arguing. That’s when I noticed one of the employees outside talking very loudly on her phone and crying. So I went inside to find the entire counter and cooking area in chaos! Food was waiting to be served on the warmer, the counters, in bags and out of bags on side boards etc. Customers were at the counter saying they had been waiting for their food for a long time and wanted a refund. No one would give them one, they just kept asking for the cooks to make more food and said they couldn’t find what was ordered. It was very upsetting to see the employees in conflict with each other and apparently no manager, unless she was the one outside in tears? Anyway, I would avoid this establishment until something is done about the disrespect and conflict with the employees. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
