I ordered the bag after seeing commercial after commercial as I had previously given up on Hardee's due to the poor service of the past. I got the double cheese burger and the hot ham sandwich. I asked for the hot ham to remove Swiss and add american. The fries were good as I grabbed a few out the bag but unfortunately when I got home the rest of the meal was garbage. How could the cheese not be melted but the sandwich was hard as a brick. Of course the hot ham had Swiss even after having me to pull to front of the store to await fresh food. I have tried to call the store but the line either rings or is busy so here I am writing a review that no one will even acknowledge but I am sick of spending money and not getting quality food or service.
