I've lived in metropolis Illinois my whole life and enjoyed going to Hardee's here in town and have never been treated so poorly. The woman working there was so rude to my wife and I as well to another couple who had walked in. I hate to say it but I will not be back there was no need to treat people this way. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: N/a Dietary restrictions: N/a

I went in there with my brother this morning and ordered a biscuit and gravy. My brother ordered a breakfast sandwich without the bun. He got his and started eating it. I waited for 10 min and asked if I should go up there. He told me to give it a few more minutes. I waited 20 MINUTES and told them I had been waiting for my biscuits and gravy. Their response, We wondered whose biscuits and gravy this was for. They never said it was ready. They didn’t even come around to see if it was anyone’s. This is so unacceptable. No wonder Hardees restaurants are closing. This is why we go to Rubes but they were closed today for remodeling. Hardee’s used to be one of the best fast food restaurants in the game.
