I wish I could give this place a zero. The two female working Aug 22 2026 at 1:15. Should be fired. After waiting 5 minutes at the counter watching them walk by and making eye contact I was finally able to order. After ordering we still had to wait because she didnt give us the right amount of cups, finally got our cups and waited another 10 mins for our food. Much to my surprise both of my big HOT ham sandwiches were cold, not cool, like all but frozen. I took them back in and was made to feel like I did something wrong and they didnt believe me. I had to pull the sandwiches out and show them how cold they were. As I stood there waiting again for my food myself and others got the honor to listen to them complain that they were under staffed , cussing and slamming stuff around. Saying if people dont want to wait they could go to sheetz. I recommend high to avoid this Hardee's if you love them as much as I do, because after this experience im not sure how I feel about Hardee's. Also this place need a good cleaning or even a cleaning. Does appear anyone cares to do it. This Hardee's is a -10/10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

most workers were very disrespectful, i asked nicely, for one hot ham and cheese and the red head working at 1:30 pm, looked at her friend, and asked if they were still taking orders she said yeah, the red head then proceeded to say “it’s another god damn ham and cheese” then threw things around. they are very pretty girls to be acting like that. worst hardee’s i’ve ever been to. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were at the store on Sunday the 9th. There was only two employees working, Anna and Joey. Those to employees worked their butts off to take care of multiple people during the dinner rush. All of the customers were taken care of and my food was perfect, so was Anna's service. Even with so many of us to take care of. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
