I have always been a loyal customer and have generally enjoyed my experience. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed with the service I received. I found the cashier to be unhelpful, and when I requested a change to my order, I was informed that it could not be done because the manager was unavailable. Additionally, the environment was quite uncomfortable as the air conditioning did not seem to be working properly. I hope this feedback will help improve the overall customer experience in the future. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
