A sus clientes no les gusta la limonada de este restaurante. Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal es cordial. El servicio en Hardee's se podría describir como algo pulcro. Aquí vas a pagar unos precios buenos. Este lugar no puede atraer muchos curiosos por su pasable atmósfera. Los usuarios de Google no le han concedido a este lugar una calificación muy alta.

We were transiting through Kenya and decided to have a meal before catching our connecting flight. We went to the food court and ordered two beef burger meals. After taking a few bites, we found the burgers tasteless and decided to add ketchup. However, when we opened the burgers properly, we noticed that the cheese appeared very old and had changed colour. The beef patty was even worse it had a strong, unpleasant smell that I cannot adequately describe. I immediately started vomiting and had to rush to the toilet. Afterwards, I approached the lady serving us and asked her to smell the burger. She immediately insisted that the burger was fine, explaining that it had been prepared in the morning. She offered to replace it with a chicken burger, but I declined because, after that experience, I no longer felt safe eating anything from there. This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had and based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

Where to begin? Their food, pricing and quality of service are outright atrocious. The closest one can get to under-cooked burgers and potential for food poisoning starts here. The drinks machine doesn't work. Nonchalant staff and management who couldn't care less about lodged complaints. How this remains to be a Hardee's franchise is truly shocking. Please avoid this place. Eat elsewhere. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: KES 2,000–2,500 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
