I just had one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time at Hardee’s, and I wanted to recognize Taylor, the shift leader. From the very first interaction at the drive-thru, he was incredibly pleasant, polite, and welcoming. When I got to the window to pay and met him face-to-face, his attitude was even more impressive. Taylor’s customer service is absolutely stellar. He was patient, never rushed me while ordering, and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. In a world where great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, he truly stood out. His positive attitude and warm personality brought a little sunshine to an otherwise cloudy day. Honestly, Hardee’s has a real gem in Taylor. He carries himself with professionalism, excellent manners, and a contagious positivity. If anyone deserves to be a manager, it would be him and yesterday wouldn’t be soon enough! Thank you, Taylor, for making what could have been just another stop for food into such an awesome and memorable experience. What else could I say other than Wonderful!! We were greeted with the most friendly welcome from Walt. He brought us our meal to the table. Very fast and accurate. Not only will they customize any order to whatever you want, they cook it to perfection. They came by the table to check if we needed anything else. By the time we left I felt like we were old friends. If your in the area this is the Hardee's to go to! You won't be disappointed! Thank you guys for the great meal!
