Very poor customer service. It seems that all the focus is on the drive-through and achieving fast service targets there, while customers inside are being neglected. This is completely unacceptable. I waited for 15 minutes just to have my order taken, and no one even collected the payment. After that, I was asked to sit down and wait for my meal without any clear communication. What is even more frustrating is that I arrived before the cars in the drive-through, yet they were served first. This level of service is very disappointing and far below expectations.
