The entire experience felt rushed from start to finish. We had to repeat our order several times, yet it still wasn’t correct. The young lady at the window kept interrupting with “Is that all? Is that all?” which made the interaction feel even more hurried and frustrating. We ordered double cheeseburgers but received singles—though in fairness, we were only charged for singles. All of the food was lukewarm, even though we specifically asked for the burgers to be hot off the grill. With the long wait in the drive‑thru (the only part open due to short staffing), the food should have been fresh and hot. The customer service overall was not pleasant. This experience was the complete opposite of the Hardee’s we visited in Holly Hill, SC. Their staff was friendly, took their time with our order, and the food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. That great experience is the reason we decided to give the Hardee’s in Sumter a try. Hardee’s isn’t normally our go‑to, but after Holly Hill, we were ready to make it a regular stop. Unfortunately, today’s visit in Sumter did not reflect the same quality or care. After spending almost $40 on our order, no satisfaction. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was the slowest visit to this Hardee's in Sumter SC I've ever experienced. While waited 15 minutes to get our order , I watched a couple stand at the counter for 10 minutes , while employees walked by them like they did not exist. The employees did not say hello how are you no greeting at all just "can I take your order". After 15 minutes $32.00 later Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
