Took my family here for Mother’s Day and was surprised that it was buffet style which was below mediocre quality. Food was dry, tasteless, and mostly inedible and then when the bill came is when we found out it was $50 per person which didn’t even include the coffee with a 23% “banquet fee” due to Mother’s Day!! There was no advertising or heads up that this was a buffet and price wasn’t included either. I would not have chosen this place knowing I could get the same quality food at a hotel continental breakfast. This was supposed to be a special treat and ended up being incredibly disappointing and expensive. If you want a good brunch buffet, I’d go to Hugo’s. Edit: Gave them a call to discuss my concerns with the high price for the quality . Was told that their $50 brunch was actually a discounted price and that this price was very reasonable. Since they also had a meat carving station, she said it should have been higher. The meat was completely raw in the middle and even though I like medium rare/rare, this was unreasonable. Was also told that the buffet was advertised and menu was provided on their website and when I told them I didn’t see anything today several times, they said it was taken down because they didn’t want an influx of people coming in even though it was literally storming. They offered me a $50 discount which I appreciate but still doesn’t come close to covering the dissatisfaction of this morning. The food was inedible and we left hungry. Best thing we ate were the mashed potatoes. I wish I had taken photos this morning to explain how severely underwhelming this was. Another edit: Hugo’s buffet is $42 per person

I had a small wedding and lunch here for family and a few friends, and it was amazing! The staff had everything perfect, the food was phenomenal and the automosphere was exactly what we wanted. So happy we chose Harold's!
