Es un lugar de donde se encuentra de todo y tiene un personal super amables y tiene personal bilingües en español y inglés muy excelente.. Poreso le doy 5 .

Over the past month, I have visited this location several times, and during nearly every visit I have felt as though I was being treated like a criminal rather than a valued customer. Employees repeatedly follow me throughout the store and continue asking, "Are you okay?" after I have already responded. While offering assistance is appreciated once, being approached multiple times during the same visit feels excessive and profiling rather than genuine customer service. I have also noticed an excessive focus on monitoring customers at the checkout area, even while young cashiers are simply ringing up purchases. The overall atmosphere makes customers feel watched instead of welcomed. On three separate occasions in the last month, I have had to return to the store because items I purchased were never bagged. During one of those experiences, I called the store and asked if someone could meet me with my missing items. They quickly hung up on me and instead of taking responsibility, I was told, "Must have lost service," which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, during a recent checkout I had to put a few items back because of rising grocery prices. Rather than handling the situation respectfully, a teenage supervisor made jokes about it in front of me, which was embarrassing and completely inappropriate. No customer should be made to feel humiliated for making financial decisions while shopping. I live in this neighborhood and have supported this store because of its convenience. Unfortunately, after these repeated negative experiences, I no longer feel comfortable shopping here. This has been the worst customer service and management experience I have encountered. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that your leadership addresses the culture within this store so that other customers are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.
