Well first off they tell you that all take out orders are to be called in but when I called the line was busy. So I go in to let her know the line is busy so she said her co worker got somebody on hold. So I’m steady calling while standing in front of her line is still busy I’m hungry she gone say you gotta wait outside, I said it’s raining YALL want somebody to stand at the door an order from the menu attached to the door, In the rain I said I parked all the way around the corner and YALL line still busy. So I call while walking back to the car now the phone rings but nobody is picking up. They have horrible customer service all the way around and to think I was told this is a cool place that’s why you gotta see things out for yourself HARVARD IN DO BETTER JUST BECAUSE YOUR BUSY DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE I have been treated this morning. I love the breakfast and the service was great. I bought the breakfast steak it was tender and very large. I paid 7$ for strip steak eggs toast and I was satisfied. I went to crocker barrel and ordered the rib eye for 15$ and it was small and didn't taste as good as the breakfast strip steak I had at the Harvard inn restaurant. I was shocked to see such a big breakfast steak for such a great price and taste at a place like this. Shame on you crocker barrel because you got competition and I'm going to tell everyone I know where to go from here on out. The service was great I didn't have to wait long. I just won't go on a Sunday morning because them church people had that place so packed I had to turn around and go to another restaurant which I wasn't too happy about because I am now hooked up on the Harvard inn restaurant. I'm a food expert being that I own 6 restaurant's myself. So if you want great tips on where to go to eat I'm your guy and I don't play when it comes to my food.lol you heard it from the owner of the ovenfresh company.
