I recently visited Harvey’s and had a great experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared exactly as ordered. The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail made the meal especially enjoyable. I would also like to give a special shout-out to Parveen for providing outstanding customer service. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. His positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out and enhanced the overall experience. Excellent food and exceptional service—thank you, Parveen, for going above and beyond. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this Harvey’s location to others. Great food quality and service over the years. Probably the best dining area of all the Harvey’s in this area. Unlike the University location in Waterloo, they allow you to add extra amounts of toppings on the mobile app. Never had a takeout order come later than the time I set. Awesome place to go to overall. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options here for their burgers and such.

I am 82 years old and found the on line ordering a killer at best.
I finally found a phone number for the Fairway Location in Kitchener & guess what?
First time the phone rang until it dialed out - I hung up of course and redialed and got a rude answer & he told me know orders over the phone only the computer link - that was a failure for me . What a way to loose business and I now will find a burger delivery source that wants and treats people like a real person. You really do get some people who should never be in the service industry. Bye Bye Harvey's
