The best traditional Sushi place I’ve ever been to. Hashiguchi San and his wife provide a loving and caring service to all their clients. They make you feel like family. The quality of the ingredients personally chosen by Hashiguchi San are absolutely the best. And the preparations are done with maximum attention to detail and perfection. I have been here several times over the last 10 years. It only gets better. Hashiguchi San keeps perfecting his art. Wonderful to see and experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Every piece was beautifully balanced in flavor—aromatic yet never heavy, light and refreshing throughout. The chef makes excellent use of a variety of shellfish, bringing out wonderfully sweet and delicate flavors. This was honestly the best omakase I’ve had so far. I also had a great time chatting with the guests seated next to us, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The lady who provided service was professional, warm, and attentive. I will definitely return on my next trip to Japan. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the best restaurant experiences of our lives. The hosts were incredibly lovely and patient towards our poor Japanese! They made us feel very welcome. The food was outstanding and he talked us through the food, where it was from, how to eat etc. I’ll cherish this experience and hope I get the opportunity to go back and show friends.
