Simi, we’re truly sorry that your experience fell short. At Hava Java, simply getting an order right isn’t enough for us. Our goal is always to exceed our customers’ expectations, and we’re disappointed that we didn’t do that for you.After looking into your order, the pancakes were prepared with confectioners sugar as ordered, but because they were packed while hot, the sugar melted and was no longer visible when you opened them. You are absolutely right about the cookie, though. You received a different cookie than the one you ordered, and if a substitution was necessary, we should have reached out to you first.Most importantly, when something isn’t right, we want the opportunity to fix it and make sure you walk away happy.
