The rice was mushy. The meats were flavorful though. The mac salad is meh, not very unique flavor wise. The lady at the front,Felicia,had a really sweet attitude but she didn't get our frozen drink flavor correct. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Pulled Pork, Pineapple Dole Whip and Twist

Believe it or not, after so many years, I decided to visit Hawaiian Bros Island Grill in Live Oak today after working out at the gym and being as hungry as a dog. Went inside and had no idea what to order and how things work. Thanked goodness for Erica! She saw me walk in and immediately greeted and asked me "if it was my first time?" I surprisingly said yes and she got to work showing how to work and order using their kiosk. Erica explained all their dishes, flavors, sides, and drinks. After she spent a few minutes going through the menu, she asked me what I wanted? I In a puzzled manner, I responded "I just worked out at the gym and want to get lots of protein." She laughed and suggested that I get the Molokai Chicken. I agreed, paid and waited for my food. I really enjoyed the service, Erica gave me. She made me feel like a welcomed customer. The food was delicious and ended up ordering more to take home with me. Place was very clean and nice decorated inside. Very nice and spacious inside and out. I liked the service and food so much, decided to become a rewards member due to the outstanding one-on-one customer service and food quality.
