Simple and easy, "healthy" lunch option in Central. I like the flexibility to include/exclude any items. Wish they had spinach or whole wheat wraps.

This is my usual go-to for lunch. The amount of food is pretty significant, I get the chicken breast meal and the amount of chicken is pretty sizable (and if you check in on Yelp you get 2 free chicken wings.) Between that, the rice and all the vegetables options they have is a pretty satisfying lunch. The sauces they have add the flavor-usually I go between the green and the red and, if I'm feeling on the healthier side I'll go with the oil and vinegar. The wraps-let's just call it what they are, burritos are also pretty good, but it depends on who ends up putting it together, sometimes they're wrapped a little loose sometimes.

Honestly, I usually love this place and the staff are extremely friendly. Sometimes the chicken is dry, but it dosent mitigate the fact that when I got there yesterday the guy was scratching his head, touching his nose and not wearing gloves whilst giving me all the food items. I was really bothered by that and I felt that the rice quality has gone down as well :( I used to LOVE you healthy chicken for your yummy sauces and heaps of veggies, but I was so sorely disappointed in the hygiene and quality of food yesterday. it left a bad taste.
