The food from Healthy Kitchen is absolutely excellent. The quality, taste, freshness, and consistency have been outstanding every single time. When it comes to the food itself, I honestly have nothing negative to say. They have done a wonderful job, and that is exactly why it is so disappointing to see such a great product completely undermined by EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I initially tried Healthy Kitchen by ordering through food delivery apps, and my experience was perfectly fine. The problems started when I subscribed directly to their home meal delivery plan. From that point on, the service became a complete disaster. They rarely answer the phone, responses to messages are extremely slow, and getting even a simple issue resolved requires an unreasonable amount of follow-up. One of the meals included in my plan was not delivered, and I had to complain and follow up FIVE TIMES just to get the missing meal that I had already paid for. The level of customer service is EXTREMELY POOR, slow, unresponsive, and frustrating. It genuinely feels as though customer concerns are simply not a priority. It is such a shame because the food is genuinely delicious and consistently excellent. They have managed to create a wonderful product, but unfortunately, the customer service experience completely ruins it. A meal-plan service is not just about preparing good food; reliability, communication, and proper customer support are equally important. Excellent food. TERRIBLE customer service. Tried the lunch meal meal from Healthy Kitchen, through Keeta and overall it was a good experience. The food was tasty, well-prepared, and properly portion-controlled, making it a good option for a healthy dinner. The flavours were balanced and not too heavy, which suits a keto-style meal. I got it as part of an offer for around QAR 24–25, which is reasonable for the quality and portion size. However, the regular price of around QAR 34–36 feels slightly expensive for a single meal. So, it’s definitely worth trying when there is an offer, but at full price, the value for money may not be as attractive. Overall, a good healthy meal option,.
