Top-Tier Healthy Eats in Riyadh! As a local guide focused on great flavor and clean eating, **Healthy and Co** is one of my favorite spots. The food is consistently fresh, vibrant, and incredibly satisfying. A massive shout-out goes to **Cindy**! She anchors the front of house with amazing hospitality and always recommends the absolute best meals on the menu. **The Standouts:** * **Roasted Pumpkin Seed Soup:** Absolutely superb. It’s incredibly flavorful, smooth, and a must-try starter. * **Pepper & Corn Steak Bowl:** Tender, savory, and perfectly balanced. * **Chicken Medley Bowl:** Light, clean, and delicious. I'm currently diving into the **Chicken Harvest Bowl**, which looks incredibly promising. While the *Chicken Sombrero Bowl* missed the mark for my personal taste, the rest of the menu more than makes up for it. Highly recommended for premium, healthy fuel!
