Los cocineros de este restaurante se esfuerzan al máximo para dar a sus clientes un generoso filete de lomo, unos caseros katsu y unas perfectamente elaboradas chuletas. Por si todo esto fuera poco, su personal es amable. Su cuidado servicio es aquí algo en lo que sus comensales coinciden. Una vez dentro, su atmósfera es agradable. It is definitely the best tonkatsu place in Seoul. Unlike other well-known tonkatsu places, the first impression of Heki's dish maybe plain and bland. However, one can soon realize its true value and taste while chewing a big chunk of well-fried pork(both sirloin & tenderloin) in one's mouth. Small touch of himalayan pink salt and truffle oil adds and pulls out rich flavour of each piece. Surprisingly, the meat keeps its juice inside and the batter( doesn't get easily soggy until you finish the dish. It seems that the restaurant tries its best to keep its standards, as sometimes it closes for the reason that "it couldn't get proper ingredients(pork)" The service was very calm but friendly at the same time. I loved how quiet it was as everyone at this small restaurant enjoyed his or her meal, talking to each other in a small voice.
