Nice coffee but unfortunately a bit too busy for the service. Everything was pleasant for breakfast and the coffee specialties tasted very good. Gladly again but only with reservation. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We had breakfast at Café Helene with a reservation. It was a Friday morning before Christmas - so a reservation is recommended. The service was very nice and attentive. Also especially towards children. Unfortunately we had the impression that a few things just weren't there. First there was no mint for a fresh mint tea and then the toast for our eggs Benedict was missing, which led to a wait of more than an hour to eat. They apologized profusely for the inconvenience and brought us a glass of orange juice. However, with 2 adults and a child, it's somehow little and strange. In my opinion, everyone could have been offered an orange juice or a drink of their choice. Nevertheless, the breakfast was delicious. For my taste there could have been a little more sauce. But that's just my personal impression. Café Helene has been furnished with attention to detail and the large window front lets in lots of daylight.
