If there was zero I would have done it. If you are looking for an office to work in, this is not where you should be. Rotten and unpleasant place with scary dolls. Many empty rooms and exploitation of underpaid staff. Overheard a convo with the staff and they are not nice. Expensive and not worth it. Strange types there during the day..
