Delivery arrived payed the £8:30 and my partner knew it was wrong straight away.. opened it and it was 1 gravy chip and 2 pineapple fritters in SYRUP
I ring to the girl being so rude whilst trying to state my order was wrong.
I was then put on to the delivery driver (who was lovely) who argued my point for me then went on to question did I make sure it was fritters and not a chicken ball....
Finally they said it would be ok and they’d send a new delivery. For the delivery driver to ring back 30 seconds later to say HELLO BEIJING DIDNT DELIVER TO MY HOME AND THAT IF I WANTED MY FOOD ID HAVE TO PAY AGAIN!
If that was the case then why didn’t she say that the first time on the phone? And what a surprise it was £8.30..
horrible service being argued with that I’m in the wrong and that someone else must of ordered a different Chinese to my house.
