Wellwe came in, the staff greeted us and said she will be right back; 20 minutes later she comes back saying “last call for kitchen orders is 6:45pm, and we are short staffed and that she can not sit us.” It was 6:55pm on the clock, there was bunch of empty tables, only two tables full but looked like people already ordered and ate, they were just sitting and talking, so we basically got kicked out of the restaurant. This one was a first one for me, never had this happened to me in the past. Making us wait for 20 minutes and tell us that she cannot fit us in, is the reason I am posting this review, I mean, seriously she could not fit 3 adults and 1 child ?! Service: 1

We finally decided to give this place a try with our family, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Our waitress seemed inexperienced in customer service and was often inattentive to our table. We frequently waited long periods for assistance and had difficulty getting checked on throughout our meal, as well as a couple minor requests we had to remind her about a second time. What stood out most was the amount of time employees spent socializing with one another rather than focusing on customers. There was also a scary looking older employee wearing what looked like pajamas, I believe she was the hostess, who appeared to encourage this behavior rather than address it. At one point, she walked past our table and loudly stated, “This is why I hate people,” which was clearly audible to customers in the dining area. Comments like that create an unprofessional atmosphere and leave a negative impression. Overall, the restaurant lacked the level of professionalism and customer service we expected. Based on this experience, we will not be returning. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
