El restaurante es muy bonito pero tiene una acústica horrible. El servicio es excelente y muy atento. El menú es muy limitado pero la comida es excelente, lo único es que es un poco caro

We were super excited to try out Herb & Sea. For us, it was a coordinated effort and we drove 30 minutes :) The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed the flavors the chef brought to the dishes. The reason for the three star was mainly around overall experience/service. There was one dish we did not enjoy and only had a bite or two to try. The waitress asked if we were done and I replied "yes. Just didn't really enjoy this one." She didn't ask any further questions about why or if we wanted something else. The dish was on our bill of course. Just wished the server had gone the extra step. Was a bit surprised. The timing of dishes was a bit off. After our appetizer, it took ~20-25 minutes for our main dish. The waitress mentioned, "oh that dish takes longer." Which she never mentioned originally. As much as I love to linger for 90 minutes for dinner, when you have a babysitter and a designated amount of time + have other things planned for the evening, it's just a long time to sit and wait. Particularly without check ins from the server. At the end of the meal the server mentioned she'd bring a special dessert out for my husband's birthday. Typically when a restaurant does that, it comes out pretty quick. But, we sat and waited. We eventually decided it wasn't worth it and left to get gelato across the street. The food was delish (minus the dish we didn't love), but probably wouldn't come back with the overall experience. We sat down at 5:15, so it wasn't even peak time. Going out to dinner solo is a special treat for us. So, I guess we were just a bit disappointed.

Food was alright Tiny portions but tastes good. Owners added a 4% surcharge to every check to an already very pricey meal not sure if that’s legal. Plus you’re expected to tip 20% minimum. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
