There seem to be several delicious restaurants in Ujuku, and I was looking forward to going to Menya Hibari, which I had heard was one of the best ramen restaurants. The interior of the store has a clean and stylish appearance, and the off-tone colors of the placemats, wooden soup noodles, and chopsticks make it feel more like a pasta restaurant than a ramen restaurant. did. I ordered rich pork bone dried sardines ramen (950 yen) + large serving (100 yen), and the bowl arrived in about 5 minutes after ordering. The bubbly, cloudy soup and aroma that immediately reminded me of dried sardines, the noodles had a different color and texture from the usual medium-thin straight noodles, and there were bits of oil that looked like oily backbone but wasn't. From the impression I got when I saw the putt, I was excited and wondered, ``What kind of taste will it have?'' As the name ``Rich Tonkotsu Niboshi Ramen'' suggests, it gives the impression of a tonkotsu ramen based on dried sardines, and the ratio was adjusted so that the pork bones come out at a ratio of 6:4. The oily backbone of pork has a texture that may be unpleasant for those who don't like pork fat, but it pairs well with the finely chopped onions, giving it a taste of junk pork bones. I felt that it gave an impression of the strong pork bone type of ramen. There were toppings of onion/fatty pieces/fish meal/naruto/char siu/green onion/shinachiku/seaweed, and I felt that the onion/fatty pieces/fishmeal were placed close together to keep the taste from getting boring. What is as distinctive as the soup is the medium-thin noodles. In appearance, the flesh was thin and brown, giving the impression of Sarashina soba. The noodles had a firm texture, similar to hard-boiled soba noodles, and were a perfect match for the rich soup. Personally, I came here expecting rich sardines, but I was disappointed in my expectations in a good way, and ended up drinking all the soup for the first time in a while. At the end, I was left with a good impression of the staff cheering customers on their way home, saying, ``Have a nice afternoon!''
