Visited Hitchki US-1, Iselin, and had a wonderful food experience overall. We started with the Chandni Chowk Ki Dahi Bhalla Chaat, which was absolutely delicious—fully loaded with fresh dahi, flavorful chutneys, and the perfect blend of chaat masala. The Pani Puri Shots were creatively served in small glasses filled with spicy masala water, making for a fun and tasty appetizer. For the main course, we tried the Shaam-E-Shavers, featuring paneer and spinach stuffing. The dish had a unique fusion touch with a rich gravy that reminded me of classic Paneer Makhanwala flavors. We also enjoyed the Kathal Biryani, which was aromatic, flavorful, and well prepared. The food was the highlight of the visit and definitely deserves appreciation. The only downside was the atmosphere—it was extremely noisy and loud, which made conversations difficult and somewhat affected the dining experience. Service was also slower than expected, likely due to the Sunday rush. That said, the quality and taste of the food more than made up for these shortcomings. I would definitely return to Hitchki for the food and look forward to trying more dishes from their menu. Had a wonderful dining experience at Hichki! The food was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. We tried a mix of appetizers and main courses, and every dish had its own unique twist. The ambience is vibrant and perfect for a casual outing with friends or family. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The creative menu and lively atmosphere really set this place apart. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes. We had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance made for a wonderful time. The pani puri was definitely one of the highlights, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. We also really enjoyed the romali roti and anjeer-e-kofta. The anjeer kofta had a slightly sweet taste, which may not be for everyone, but it was well made. Overall, the food was excellent, the service was good, and we had a fantastic time.
