This place has the best brisket I've ever had. hands down. Everything was absolutely perfect. The cornbread was sweet and fluffy, the collard greens were delicious, and the mac and cheese was amazing too! The proportions are super fair and worth the price. A huge shoutout to Abie and Tegan for making the experience even better with their excellent service. The place is also very clean and good dinner vibes and good country music. 10/10 across the board. I can't wait to come back! If you're looking for authentic BBQ with a true hometown feel, this place is an absolute must-try! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, local atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The BBQ sandwiches were incredible—tender, flavorful, and piled high with perfectly smoked meat. And let's talk about the sauce... it was amazing! The perfect balance of sweet, smoky, and tangy that took every bite to the next level. My 12-year-old absolutely loved the chicken tenders and fries, which says a lot because he's not easily impressed when it comes to eating out. The portions were generous, the food came out fresh and hot, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Whether you're a BBQ enthusiast or just looking for a great local spot to enjoy a meal with family and friends, this restaurant delivers. Just happened across this bbq place - High Ridge Smokehouse - and boy were we happy we did. The food was incredible! The brisket was cooked PERFECTLY, with great flavor. And my husband had the pork sandwich and he ate up every bite! Their sweet sauce was also excellent. We had texas toast and the corn muffin as bread - both great. And if you try the corn pudding - well that is legendary!!! Our waitress was the sweetest, very attentive and knowledgeable about the food. And the food came out quickly. I highly recommend and we will be back!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
