Terrible experience. The staff was incredibly rude and acted like they didn't want to serve us. On top of the awful service, the matcha was disgusting—completely un-mixed and full of powdery clumps. Avoid this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Higher Ground Cafe is an absolute gem! The coffee was rich and perfectly brewed, the sandwiches and snacks were fresh and delicious, and the ice cream was the highlight, so creamy and full of flavour. The Espresso Flake ice cream is an absolute must-try if you visit! The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A perfect place to relax and enjoy great food. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!
