Both Christina and Sara do a great job running the bar, and their house cocktail list is pretty inventiveplus really tasty. Good sunset views on the unique Macon skyline. Price per person: $40–50 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best rooftop bar view in Macon (and certainly in the top tier for anywhere in the United States), with local-music-themed interior decor and an outdoor deck with views of 19th century cathedrals, mansions, a newly renovated public park (Rosa Parks Square), and the copper dome of the century-old Macon City Auditorium. Anyone enamored of classic architecture, friendly Southern hospitality, and flavorful booze will highly appreciate a visit here. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I absolutely love Hightales Rooftop Bar! The staff is fantastic, especially Simon, who is always so helpful in recommending drinks and knows my go-to order perfectly. The variety of drinks is impressive, and I appreciate his suggestions for trying something new. The atmosphere is lovely, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend!
